Always. Every call opens with “I’m an AI assistant calling on behalf of” and your name. If someone asks it not to call again, it apologises, hangs up and marks the number.

Businesses you want information from: quotes, prices, stock, opening times, appointment slots. It is not for sales calls, debt collection or calling private people who haven’t agreed to it.

Yes. Tell it what you need and where, and it finds nearby businesses with their phone numbers, ranked by Google rating, what customers say in their reviews, and how far away they are. Tick the ones you want called.

Excel and CSV spreadsheets, PDFs and plain text, or just paste the numbers. It finds the phone numbers and the business names next to them, and skips anything that isn’t a valid number.

It listens quietly to menus like “press 1 for sales” and presses the option that reaches someone who can quote, or the operator. On hold it waits silently, never talking over the music, then introduces itself when a person picks up. It also asks who it’s speaking with, so every quote has a name next to it.

It tries again 15 minutes later, up to three times if you choose. You can let it leave a short voicemail or hang up quietly. Unanswered calls cost nothing.

Yes. “Call me first” rings your own phone with the exact script and voice, so you can play the shop owner and change anything you don’t like.

Whatever you list as columns: a price, a yes or no, a date, a short note. After each call it fills those columns from what the person said, plus a two-line summary and, if you want, the transcript.
